Special Agent Reggie Miles, InfraGard Los Angeles - FBI Coordinator

This President's Message is dedicated to Special Agent Reggie Miles.

As you may know, InfraGard Los Angeles is now the largest and arguably the most advanced Members Alliance in the Country.

As much as my predecessors and colleagues have contributed to the success of this organization, the weight of success and achievement is the direct result of SA Reggie Miles abilities, dedication and use of her Federal Bureau of Investigation training and experience. 

When I met Special Agent Miles she had the grand objective to create a program that focused on communication between the FBI, Private Sector and Critical Infrastructure.  Agent Miles demonstrated such drive and positive energy we were drawn to listen.

In the last 9 years of Reggie's tenure as InfraGard Los Angeles - FBI Coordinator, the Members Alliance has evolved from about 50 to the current 2,500 members, the nation's largest.

As a result of the FBI Los Angeles' belief in the possibilities that Reggie presented on behalf of the private sector leadership and many of her own concepts, our training programs are current and relevant to the ever changing needs of information sharing in our Country.  Agent Miles' efforts are not specific to LA InfraGard LA.  She was decorated 3 times by the National InfraGard Members Alliance for her service.  Her intuitiveness and energy was also credited for the FBI Los Angeles 'Gold Star' recognition in a recent audit.  This is the highest recognition possible. 

In short, Special Agent Miles was given a task by the FBI 9 years ago.  She did not accomplish the job as described but instead became the standard for the FBI and InfraGard Members Alliances.

Reggie, may the waters be calm and the wind at your back in all you do from here forward.  Thank you so much for all you have given us.

ILO Training Program

This program is designed to provide the private sector with the training needed to be effective as a direct contact with the public sector and increase the participant's knowledge, in both terrorism and critical infrastructure issues. This course will last for 8 hours and is being taught by the primary instructor for the Terrorism Liaison Officer (TLO) program, Hal Kempfer.
