Sector Overview

This sector focuses on venues in the Los Angeles Region where large numbers of people congregate to pursue business activities, conduct personal commercial transactions, or enjoy recreational pastimes. This includes different types of venues such as studios, theme parks, sports arenas, stadiums, convention centers, hotels, offices, retail and commercial complexes.

The Entertainment & Large Venues Sector consists of four subsectors:

• Entertainment and Media (e.g., motion picture studios, broadcast media)
• Outdoor Events (e.g., theme and amusement parks, fairs, campgrounds, parades)
